Job summary

Sierra at TJX Companies, Westlake store, seeks a frontline leader to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience while driving loyalty. You will train and mentor Associates on front-line execution, manage cashier operations, and uphold policy, safety, and merchandising standards.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, the ability to lift heavy merchandise, and prior retail supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience in retail or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor staff on policies and procedures.
• Ability to run a register and handle money.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience and loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-line execution.
• Maintains cash controls and manages register operations.
• Assigns shifts, coordinates breaks, and ensures frontline coverage.
• Upholds safety, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
