Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as part of a team and provide direction to others.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Train and mentor associates on policies, procedures, and frontline execution.
• Manage register transactions and cash controls.
• Coordinate breaks and assign registers to ensure optimal coverage.
• Maintain merchandising and frontline cleanliness and safety standards.
