Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Sierra store in Cody, WY is seeking a Retail Associate to lead the frontline in delivering a highly-satisfied customer experience.

You will train Associates, promote company initiatives, handle register transactions, and ensure cash controls and safety standards are followed. This role requires a high school diploma (preferred), flexibility to work evenings and weekends, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, and the ability to lift heavy merchandise.

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register and handle money.
• Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
