Responsibilities

• Leads frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on frontline execution of all register transactions.
• Promotes customer loyalty through programs and initiatives.
• Updates Associates on feedback, goals, and company initiatives.
• Maintains cash controls and adheres to labor and break policies.
• Ensures safe environment and proper coverage at frontline.
