Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a HomeGoods associate in Lakeville, MN to lead frontline operations and deliver a highly satisfying customer experience. You will train Associates, manage register transactions, and uphold store policies with integrity while supporting a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexible scheduling, and the ability to handle merchandise and maintain store standards. Previous retail supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Experience in retail supervisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on frontline execution and policies.
• Assist with register transactions and money handling.
• Maintain cash controls and monitor safety and labor policies.
• Coordinate breaks to ensure frontline coverage and reset floor displays.
• Uphold merchandising standards and loss prevention procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and communicate feedback to leadership.
