Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Oxford, AL is seeking a Front End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store.

You will lead by example, ensure loyalty programs are promoted, and maintain a clean, organized store. Responsibilities include training and mentoring Associates, managing registers and POS coverage, addressing customer concerns, and enforcing store policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and promotes loyalty programs.
• Trains and coaches associates on personalizing the customer experience.
• Manages registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies and procedures.
