Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Frontline Supervisor for HomeGoods at the Hagerstown, MD location. You will lead the frontline to deliver a Highly-Satisfied customer experience and train Associates on register transactions while upholding company policies and driving team results.

Responsibilities include assigning registers, monitoring cash controls, coaching staff, and supporting store operations across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member and train others.
• Excellent interpersonal and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a Highly Satisfied customer experience and drives loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on policies, procedures and cash handling.
• Maintains cash controls and supervises register transactions.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for optimal frontline coverage.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies throughout the frontline.
