Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline team member at our USA HomeGoods/Raleigh NC location. You will promote a highly-satisfied customer experience, train associates on frontline operations, and ensure accurate cash handling while supporting merchandising and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are flexible to work evenings/weekends, and can work well in a team environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Experience handling money and running a register is desirable.
• Ability to train and guide other Associates on frontline operations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly-satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on register transactions and frontline execution.
• Maintains cash controls and balanced drawers.
• Monitors frontline equipment and reports issues to management.
• Upholds merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Adheres to labor laws and break policies.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for proper coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and professionally.
