TJX Companies’ Marshalls division is seeking a Front of Store Leader to drive an exceptional customer experience and lead a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will model customer service, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to train others and coach Associates on front-end principles

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and ensures prompt, courteous service
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Responds to customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
