Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-of-store leader to supervise Associates, promote an exceptional customer experience, and drive loyalty programs in our Beaver Dam, WI location.

You will train staff, manage POS coverage, ensure store standards, and address customer concerns while supporting store goals and safety policies. This role requires flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns and ensures adherence to store policies and labor laws.
• Maintains a safe, organized store and communicates priorities to the team.
