Job summary

TJ Maxx in Gurnee, IL is hiring a customer-focused retail leader to oversee front-of-store operations. You will promote an outstanding customer experience, mentor Associates, train on front-end principles, and ensure adherence to policies while promoting loyalty programs.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage POS coverage, support break scheduling, and collaborate with management to drive store performance, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives, while upholding TJX standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and lead front-end operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of multi-tasking and merchandising knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team at front of store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles.
