Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and front-end operations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to train and mentor Associates.
• Experience leading a team in a retail setting for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive in-store customer experience and promote loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Train and coach Associates on front-end processes and customer service.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Address customer concerns promptly and communicate priorities to the team.
• Support management in achieving store goals and labor compliance.
