Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader for TJ Maxx South Elgin to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and active loyalty program promotion.

You will train and coach Associates on front-end operations, coordinate POS coverage, respond to customer concerns, and help maintain a clean, organized store while adhering to labor laws and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates execute tasks according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
