Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline leader at our North Conway, NH TJ Maxx store. You will promote an excellent customer experience, supervise front-of-store Associates, and model strong service while encouraging loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating POS coverage, addressing customer concerns, maintaining store standards, and supporting safety and labor compliance. We offer a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store associates.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles.
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Promote loyalty programs and credit.
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
