Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Nashua, NH is seeking a dedicated leader to promote an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise front-of-store Associates, manage registers, respond to POS coverage needs, and ensure loyalty programs are effectively promoted.

You will train and mentor staff, coordinate breaks, and uphold labor laws while partnering with management to drive performance and a positive, safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and POS coverage.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and adheres to labor laws.
• Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
