Job summary

The position emphasizes training and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualified candidates will have retail experience and some leadership exposure, strong communication and organization, and the ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store associates
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff
• Support loss prevention and safety initiatives
• Provide feedback and recognize team performance
• Collaborate with management on training needs
