Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead at TJ Maxx in South Easton MA to promote an excellent customer experience, oversee front-of-store associates, and support loyalty programs. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and a focus on teamwork and integrity.

You will train and mentor associates, assign registers, coordinate breaks, monitor safety and labor law compliance, and drive store performance while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

• 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong merchandising understanding
• Ability to train others
