Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor in Omaha. You will be part of the store leadership team, supervising front-end operations and collaborating with management in merchandising, customer service, and HR.

You will train and coach associates, promote a safe shopping environment, and help recruit and onboard new team members while supporting sales goals and community outreach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach teams to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
