Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price/big box/specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as MOD.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent service.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support Community Relations through company programs and partnerships.
