Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, train and coach associates, and drive sales while maintaining a focus on safety and customer service.

The role requires a strong leader who can build teams and partnerships, manage a diverse retail floor, and collaborate with store management on daily execution and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise store operations and manage a team.
• Experience in a big-box, off-price, or specialty retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Lead front-end operations to ensure exceptional, friendly, and professional service.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
