Job summary

Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor. You will join the store leadership team, overseeing front-end operations and driving customer service excellence.

As a supervisor, you will coach associates, enforce safety, and work with management to meet sales goals. A proven leader with strong communication and teamwork is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop staff to maximize sales and service quality.
• Promote store safety and protect assets.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and partner with management.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure exceptional customer service at the front end.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations initiatives and company partnerships.
• Coordinate break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
