Job summary

Burlington Stores in Allen, TX is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty, driving sales through coaching and strong customer service.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and building partnerships with Store Management to achieve goals and deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required; ability to move/lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to provide exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in Community Relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
