Burlington Stores in Plano, TX is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end and selling floor operations, train and coach associates, and work closely with store management to drive results.

This role emphasizes safety, exceptional customer service, and teamwork. You’ll recruit and onboard new staff, manage schedules, and support community relations while upholding Burlington’s core values.

Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment (off-price/big box/specialty).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store functions and associates in absence of the Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
