Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor/Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, train staff, and drive sales while upholding our core values of results, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales results.
