Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching
• Ensure safety for customers and associates by following guidelines
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture
• Address issues, make informed decisions, and supervise front-end operations to deliver excellent customer service
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
• Participate in workload planning meetings
• Engage in community relations through company programs and partnerships
• Manage meal and break schedules, ensuring adherence

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, off-price, big box, or specialty stores
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Availability for full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
