Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty
• Drive sales through training, development, and coaching
• Ensure safety and promote a diverse, collaborative culture
• Resolve issues, supervise front-end operations, and ensure excellent customer service
• Implement Asset Protection strategies
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff
• Participate in workload planning and community engagement
• Manage scheduling and breaks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail or similar environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Availability for full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods
