As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of the store leadership team, working closely with Store Management in areas such as Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty
  • Maximize sales through training, developing, and coaching staff
  • Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines
  • Cultivate a diverse, team-oriented culture
  • Address issues, make informed decisions, and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • Implement Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
  • Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
  • Engage in community relations through company programs and partnerships
  • Coordinate meal and break periods, monitor schedule adherence

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude
  • Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods
