TJ Maxx, part of the TJX Companies family, is seeking a front-end leader in Corvallis to promote an outstanding customer experience and inspire Associates. You will supervise cashiers, support loyalty programs, and ensure store standards while training team members for Great Customer Service.

Ideal applicants have retail experience with some leadership exposure and strong communication skills. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends in a dynamic off-price retail environment.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Solid understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Ability to multitask and serve customers while leading a team.

Mansioni

• Create a positive customer experience at front of store.
• Promote loyalty programs and supervise cashier coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
