Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Coordinate breaks, assign registers, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
