• Promote loyalty programs and handle customer inquiries with courtesy.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end procedures.
• Assign registers, manage coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Ensure tasks align with store plans and safety policies.
