Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to drive exceptional customer experiences at TJ Maxx Saint Albans VT. You will coach Associates, manage daily operations, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring a safe, organized selling floor.

With at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, you’ll model outstanding service, train team members, and partner with management to achieve store goals. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train and mentor Associates

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive customer experience
• Ensures tasks are executed according to store plan and priorities
• Communicates with management and Associates on priorities and progress
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
