Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front End Supervisor at TJ Maxx in Hanover, MD to promote an excellent customer experience at the front of the store.

You will lead a team of associates, train and mentor staff, and coordinate POS coverage and breaks while maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
