Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, climb a ladder, and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and offer world class service.
• Greet Customers in Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Maintain Front-End area merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level.
• Ensure Front-End equipment and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain Front-End area in a clean, professional presentation.
• Accept payments securely per SOP.
• Answer product questions and direct Customers to store areas or team members.
• Stay up to date on promotions and events to maintain merchandising presence.
• Champion products and services offerings to Customers.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager on opportunities.
