Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Greenville, SC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to engage shoppers at the front end and assist at the Club Desk. You will handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while ensuring a smooth checkout and positive guest experience.

This role requires reliable availability across nights, weekends, and holidays, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn our SOPs and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service in Front-End areas.
• Greet Customers in Cashier Area and Club Desk and drive sales.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
• Maintain clean, organized Front-End areas and display merchandise.
• Operate Front-End equipment and ensure transactions are accurate.
• Answer product questions and direct Customers to store areas.
• Stay informed on promotions and communicate offerings to Customers.
• Provide feedback on opportunities to improve Customer experience.
