PGA TOUR Superstore in Hilton Head, SC is seeking a Part-time Retail Customer Service Associate (Cashier) to provide friendly, efficient service at the front-end and Club Desk. You will process transactions, manage returns, exchanges, and gift cards while promoting store promotions and loyalty programs.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Flexible availability inclines to nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with every customer and deliver world-class service at the front-end areas.
• Greet customers and assist at the Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty programs, and promotions accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized front-end areas and ensure proper signage and merchandising presence.
• Process payments securely and in accordance with SOPs; answer store product questions.
