TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring to lead front-of-store operations in Sudbury, MA. You will drive an excellent customer experience, supervise associates, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, well-organized store.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience with leadership exposure, strong communication, and teamwork skills; flexibility for nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience at the front of the store.
• Leads a team of associates, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Schedules registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to the team.
