The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at one of its TJ Maxx locations in Plymouth, MA. This role focuses on promoting an outstanding customer experience, supervising front-of-store Associates, and championing loyalty programs.

You will train and coach team members, manage POS coverage, and ensure adherence to labor laws while maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential for career growth within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and supports loyalty programs.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Coordinates POS coverage and break schedules while ensuring store readiness.
