Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example at the front of the store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end operations and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store safety and shrink reduction goals.
