Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a frontline leader to drive exceptional customer experiences at our Phoenix store. You will supervise Associates, promote loyalty programs, and model strong customer service during busy shifts.

You will train teammates on front-end principles, coordinate POS coverage, and ensure a clean, safe, and compliant retail environment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to apply it in a busy retail setting.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills for both customers and team.
• Willingness to train and mentor fellow Associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store operations.
• Lead by example, engage with customers, and promote loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and POS coverage.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate breaks for staff.
