• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Creates a positive customer experience at front of store.
• Oversees Associates and coordinates POS coverage and breaks.
• Promotes loyalty programs and brand Credit initiatives.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Promotes safety and participates in shrink-reduction efforts.
