Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Jackson, TN is seeking a front-end leadership role focused on delivering excellent customer service and leading a team of Associates at the store level.

You will model outstanding customer service, train staff on front-end operations, and ensure adherence to policies while promoting loyalty programs. You will participate in POS coverage coordination, safety practices, and store-wide initiatives to drive a positive shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player capable of training others.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
