Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work as part of a team and train others.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store operations.
• Leads associates, assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Ensures tasks align with store plans, safety, and labor policies.
• Communicates priorities with management and provides progress updates.
