Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a Store Supervisor to oversee front-of-store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead Associates, ensure proper POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while upholding company policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, the ability to train others, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Retail experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage aligns with store needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
