Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline leader to promote exceptional customer service and oversee front-of-store associates. You will train staff, coordinate registers, and support loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

Successful candidates will have strong merchandising knowledge, be able to multitask, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. A competitive benefits package and hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising techniques and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with capability to train others.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty program participation.
• Supervise front of store associates and ensure cashier coverage.
• Train and coach associates on customer service and POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure safety standards.
• Communicate priorities to the team and provide feedback.
• Support shrink reduction and adhere to labor policies.
