Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive a positive shopping environment and support store leadership in daily operations.

You will lead by example, coach front-end teams, and ensure fast, accurate transactions while resolving customer concerns and maintaining merchandising standards. The role involves opening/closing duties, scheduling breaks, and partnering with leadership to address service and execution opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Support and coordinate front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure merchandising standards and stock organization in support areas.
• Perform opening/closing duties and assist with scheduling breaks.
• Troubleshoot register issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Partner with leadership to address service opportunities and improve execution.
