Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising understanding.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player with effective collaboration with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.

• Instructs Associates on front-end principles and training needs.
