Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure loyalty program promotion.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end procedures and customer interactions.
• Coordinate POS coverage and break schedules for staff.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate where needed.
