Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and leads by example at the front of the store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages register assignments and POS coverage, coordinating breaks as needed.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store plan adherence.
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and company policies.
