Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and mentor Associates on loyalty programs at TJ Maxx in Germantown, TN.

You will lead by example, maintain a clean and organized store, and coordinate POS coverage and breaks to ensure smooth operations. Your role focuses on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and training, with responsibilities across merchandising, safety, and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player and able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example at front of store.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks for associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive store environment.
• Communicates priorities with management and team; tracks progress.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
