Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring courteous service and active loyalty program promotion while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

You will train and mentor staff, assign registers, coordinate POS coverage, and respond to customer concerns. A strong understanding of merchandising, multi-tasking, and effective communication is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train Associates and mentor front-end staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at the front of store.
• Lead a team of Associates and coordinate POS coverage and breaks.
• Train and coach Associates on in-store processes and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and communicate priorities to the team.
